आदरणीय श्री रामानुज आसवा जी, यह उस परम शक्ति का कमाल है, जिसे हम "आत्मशक्ति" कहते हैं!"

आदरणीय श्री रामानुज आसवा जी, ये शक्ति अर्थात "आत्मशक्ति" कैसे प्राप्त होती है, इसके बारे में, मैं विनम्रता पूर्वक कुछ अनुभवजनित बातें लिखने का विनम्र साहस कर रहा हूँ| आशा है कि इन बातों पर आप और आपके ग्रुप के विद्वान पाठकों द्वारा बिना पूर्वाग्रह के चिंतन, मनन और शोधन किया जाएगा| 

1-आम तौर पर संसार में उच्च समझी जाने वाली ताकतें-"सत्ता, शक्ति और सुविधाओं" के मध्य जकड़ा या अटका या फंसा हुआ आम व्यक्ति "धनबल, जनबल और बाहुबल" की ताकत की सर्वोच्चता की बात करता रहता है और इन तीनों ताकतों के बल पर, वह संसार को कब्जे में कर लेने की डींगें भी हांकता रहता है!

2-इसके विपरीत कुछ लोग अकेले "बुद्धिबल" की ताकत के भरोसे "धनबल, जनबल और बाहुबल" इन तीनों बलों को अपने अन्दर समाहित कर लेने की बातें करते देखे जा सकते हैं!

3-मेरा मानना है कि उक्त बिन्दु 1 एवं 2 में वर्णित 'बल' या 'ताकत' की सब बातें, केवल भौतिक बातें हैं, जिनका भौतिक जगत में ही महत्व है, लेकिन अध्यात्मिक जगत में "धनबल, जनबल, बाहुबल और बुद्धिबल" सहित चरों ताकतों का तब तक कोई महत्व नहीं है, जब तक कि इंसानी शरीर में (क्योंकि यह मस्तिष्क का विषय नहीं, जैसा कि कुछ लोगों को गलतफहमी है) इन सब चारों बलों या ताकतों से परे और सर्वोच्च आलौकिक "आत्मबल" की "अनुभूति" नहीं हो!

4-"आत्मबल" की परतीति या अनुभूति या सुखानुभूति तब होती है, जबकि व्यक्ति को अपनी "आत्मा की अनुभूति" होने लगती है|

5-इस संसार में "आत्मानुभूति" की "सुखानुभूति" का "रसास्वादन" और "आलौकिक आनन्द" प्राप्त करने वालों के पास ही "आत्मबल" की ताकत होती है! जो इस संसार की सर्वोच्च ताकत है! क्योंकि-

(1) "आत्मा में परमात्मा का निवास है और प्रत्येक आत्मा में परम शक्ति के 'अंश' का निवास है!" 

(2) "जहाँ 'अंश' है, वहाँ सम्पूर्णता का दर्शन होना तय है!

(3) जहाँ बीज है, वहाँ वृक्ष उगने और फलित होने की आकांक्षा ही नहीं, बल्कि सुनिश्चितता है!"

(4) ऐसा जिनको समझ में आ गया है, वे समझ सकते हैं कि "अंश (आत्मा) में सम्पूर्ण (ईश्वर/परमात्मा) और सम्पूर्ण (ईश्वर/परमात्मा) में अंश (आत्मा) के इस अदभुत समायोजन की शक्ति का नाम भी "आत्मशक्ति" है!

(5) "आत्मा, परमात्मा और आत्मशक्ति" को जानने, पहचानने और अनुभव करने का सुगम और सरल मार्ग है-"ध्यान"!

(6) "ध्यान" जिसका हिन्दू, मुसलमान, ईसाई, सिक्ख, बौद्ध या अन्य किसी धर्म या सम्प्रदाय से कोई वास्ता नहीं है!

(7) क्योंकि ध्यान सारभौमिक सत्य है, जिसमें सुकरात, महावीर, एडीसन, ईशू, कृष्ण, राम, शिव, मोहम्मद, परमहंश, रजनीश जैसे सभी महाज्ञानी और महापुरुष अपने अपने तरीके से परमानंद की अनुभूति प्राप्त करते रहे हैं!

	I Believe.... That we are responsible for what  We do, no matter how we feel.
	I Believe... That either you control your attitude or it controls you.
	I Believe.... That heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done,  regardless of the consequences.
	I Believe.... That my best friend and I  can do anything or nothing and have the best time..
	I Believe.... That sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you're down will be the ones to help you get back up.
	I Believe... That sometimes when I'm angry  I have the right to be angry, but that doesn't give me the right to be cruel.
	I Believe... That maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had  And what you've learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated.
	I Believe..... That it isn't always enough,  to be forgiven by others.  Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
	I Believe... That no matter how bad  your heart is broken,  the world doesn't stop for your grief.
	I Believe.... That our background and circumstances  may have influenced who we are, but,  we are responsible for who we become.
	I Believe... That you shouldn't be  so eager to find out a secret.  It could change your life forever.
	I Believe.... Two people can look at the exact same  Thing and see something totally different.
	I Believe... That your life can be changed  in a matter of hours  by people who don't even know you.
	I Believe... That even when you think  you have no more to give,  When a friend cries out to you, you will find the strength to help.
	I Believe... That credentials on the wall  do not make you a decent human being.
	I Believe... That the people you care about  most in life  are taken from you too soon.
	I Believe... That you should send this to  all of the people that you believe in.  I just did.

The Indian Secret to a Long Marriage!


At The Swami Narayan Temple in Neasden London,they have weekly husband's marriage seminars.
At the session last week, the priest asked Popatbhai, who said he was approaching his 50th wedding anniversary, to take a few minutes and share some insight into how he had managed to stay married to the same woman all these years.
Popatbhai replied to the assembled husbands,'Well, I've tried to treat her nice, spend money on her, but best of all is,I took her to Bombay for the 25th anniversary!'
The priest responded,’Popatbhai’, you are an amazing inspiration to all the husbands here! Please tell us what you are planning for your wife for your 50th anniversary?'
