[KANAA] Call for Volunteers - 25th Jan, 2015

Dear Friends,

As a part of our 66th Republic day celebration, we are going to conduct a PAINTING COMPETITION for schools around St.Thomas Mount through KANAA. Since this is our first competition event, It will be a closed competition ( between 5 schools only, that too the participants will be permitted if they register via their school - no open entry ). The competition will be conducted in CSI St.Thomas hr. sec. School, Butt Road, St. Thomas Mount on 25th January, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

We have already informed the schools about the competition and we will get the participants list by 22/01/2015(Thursday). I expect around 250 - 500 children will participate in this competition. So, We need lot of volunteers who can help in organizing the event and make it successful. 

I request you all to confirm your availability as a volunteer so that we can form teams and split up the tasks among ourselves which will be easier to do. Kindly, confirm the same by mail or call within 18/01/2015 (Sunday) 5 p.m.
