Dear Friends,

As a part of MANIDHAM, we planned to visit Dharani illam on 27th December,2014 (Saturday). We have finalized the agenda for the day. Those who are willing to volunteer kindly, confirm your presence so that we will make arrangements accordingly. Members who are willing to volunteer can contact Me or Ramnath (9941586432) for further details.

Those volunteers who can't spend your whole day can join us either for pre-lunch or post-lunch activities. But confirm us your presence before Friday(26/12/2014) 3 p.m.

Plan for the day : 

 

Morning 10 am    Reach Dharanee Illam, Thirumazhisai.

 

10.00 - 11.00        General Discussions, Interacting with Children ( how they did Half yearly exams )

 

11.00 - 12.30        Session on Science & Experiments ( Volunteers who can do simple science experiments & explain the same to the children can intimate me priorly so that we can plan accordingly ) 

 

12.30 - 02.00 pm  LUNCH

 

02.00 - 04.00        Some activity based sessions

                           Art n Craft works

• Simple craft works made of Ice sticks, Match sticks
• Drawing & Coloring 
• Christmas mask making 

                           Origami                                 

 

04.00 - 05.00 pm  Games
