As Meeting started post blood donation camp around 3:00pm, discussions started with ,

1. Plan for upcoming activity on 23rd August 2014, MANIDHAM visit to SWAMI CHARITABLE TRUST. As per the pan, events should be conducted for the students and prize distribution to be done. Planning of events has been proposed to all the members, as they can come up with own plans so that final decision can be made by trustees.

2. Jayakumar and Sunil Krishnan attended the seminar about VOLUNTEERING BLOOD DONATION CAMP on 4th August 2014, where some suggestions been provided to us for conducting seminar on regular holidays instead of publict holidays, because there might be a demand for blooad on regular days, as most of the camps will be conducted during public holidays.

3. Plan has been to conduct camps either quarterly basis or monthly basis, and also to make the venues as fixed for every camps. Approaching venues like malls has been discussed for better interaction with public.

4. It has been decided to concentrate on first time donars to make them aware of the importance of blood donation camps. Also to make them understand how the donated blood has been split into RBC, WBC, Platelets, and how they are preserved.

5. It has been discussed that for our upcoming camps, we can approach mostly government aided blood banks for better services, as we faced some resource crunch during the startup of the camp.

6. As there was a lack of interest in phamplet distribution this time, it has been decided to handover certain amount of phamplets to each and every member and to be distributed by them during their own free time, so that dependecy on single person can be avoided.

7. Discussion on CSR- Corporate social responsibility happened such that we can make our group as a part of it by registering in CSR to get more support.

8. It has been discussed that Andan will be responsible for tracking the members who registered online for blooad donation, and to send reminder messages and reminder calls on and before the blood donation camp.

9. Selva kumar has proposed a new protocol structure such that each and every member is responsible for an event, as they activities will be shared among the members and will be continuosly tracked on daily based until they complete the activity, so as to reduce the dependency on an individual for upcoming events.
