MOM-Quarterly Meet - 31st May 2015

Dear Members,

As a part of our plan for upcoming events and some changes in our Organisation structure, we had our quarterly meet on Sunday 31st May 2015. Please find the MOM below.

Meeting Date :  Sunday 31st May 2015

Venue           :  Chromepet , Saradasan's house

Timing          :  4:15 pm - 5:30 pm  

Participants   :  Renukarthick.S , Prabhu.J, Sathyanathan.G, Dinesh Kumar.A

                        Selvam.V , Saradasan.S, Ramnath.P

MOM :

1. Newly joined trustees Ramnath.P and Saradasan.S  need to submit their soft copy of photo proof and address proof.

2. Bill book needs to be collected from the shop , so that expenses can be maintained properly.

3. As a part of Manidham activity , trustees has decided to approach new orphanage which is in and around city circle.

4. As a part of Manidham activity, trustees came up with the plan of sponsoring a physically disabled student every month.

5. As a  of Blood Donation camp, Renukarthick.S has approached two organisations in Chromepet and Pallikaranai.

6. As a part of AATHICHUDI activity, the syllabus has been shared by 

Selva Kumar.A and discussions happened for approaching the schools in and around chromepet to initiate the activity.

7.  As a part of AATHICHUDI activity , plan has been proposed to concentrate Class 8 students.

8. Renukarthick.S has approached Chennai Weekend Artists group for furthur improvisation in painting competition events. 

Any suggesstions on orphanages for Manidham activity is invited, kindly share your thoughts.
