[KANAA] - Blood Donation Camp - August 2014

Hi Friends,

We are happy to announce that the location for our Blood Donation has been finalized. We are going to conduct our 5th Blood Donation Camp at Christ King Girls Hr. Sec. School, East Tambaram. (From 9:00 AM To 1:00 PM).

We have planned to split the whole activity by dividing it into different teams. We concluded to have 6 different teams as mentioned below 

Team Name	Description
Welcome Team	Welcome’s and guide to reach registration area
Registration Team	Registration process
Gathering Team	Takes them to respective screening area/donating area
Refreshment Team	Providing refreshment
Certification Team	Write the certificates, thanks card etc…
Sendoff Team	Provide’s certificates, thanks card, flowers sendoff the donors

Pamphlets is also ready to distribute, We need your support to distribute the pamphlets around East Tambaram on 13th and 14th August 2014.

We also need your support to volunteer our 5th Blood Donation Camp. Those who like to join hands with us and make it as a successful event. Please fill the form by clicking on the link below.
