Dear seniors, friends and colleagues,

I am pleased to forward a publication on 'Framework for effectiveness and Resilience of small and medium scale irrigation in Nepal. The project highlighted some of the major findings of a CDKN funded project for two years in Nepal. The project was carried out by Mott McDonald - UK, FMIST, CERD and ADAPT Nepal in close coordination with the Department of Irrigation.
