Taxonomic and functional annotation together

Dear Luis, 

I've been using NGLess for a while but only recently discovered this Google Groups - I'm glad I can now easily ask a quick question!

I am just wondering if there is a way to obtain both the taxonomic and functional annotations (for example, KEGG or Eggnog) at the same time so we can see which bacteria carries which functions? If this is possible, I would expect a very huge output file.
