NGLess Version 1.4.0

Hi List,

NGLess version 1.4.0 has been released.

This is less about big changes and more that a lot of little things (performance should be slightly better overall) have happened. The module for the Global Microbial Gene Catalogue (GMGC) is now a standard module. See

Installing/updating can be done with conda:

conda install -c bioconda ngless

or

conda update ngless

Or you can use docker (adapt as needed)

docker run -v $PWD:/workdir -w /workdir -it nglesstoolkit/ngless:1.4.0 ngless
