How to install Push Stream Module on WEMPServer (Windows, Nginx, MySQL, PHP) ?

I installed WEMPServer (Nginx + PHP-FPM) on Windows, and now I wanna install Push Stream Module on it, how to do it?

Push Stream Module isn't currently supported on Windows, only if you use cygwin but I suggest to have a setup on a real linux
