Recommendations on Thread count

Do you have any recommendations on SetMaxConcurrentMessages method?

Depends on the number of messages you have to process per second. My recommendation is to start with 1 thread and increase this number when it's not enough. I never ran with more than 4 threads, and testing has shown that threre's little point in going beyond 10-12 threads (on a 4 core xeon server) because in typical scenarios it doesn't increase performance.
