Version 1.1.4 released

Version 1.1.4 has just been uploaded to NuGet

This version introduces support for Oracle database and a fix for a bug reported recently by Michael.

Oracle version has not been tested in any production environment so please don't trust it too much - my dev tests worked OK but I'm not really sure how this will behave under load. 

I'm planning to publish a short info about running nginn-messagebus with Oracle shortly, please give some encouragement if there's no action on my side for some time

BTW I've seen that Postgres guys are working on introducing 'skip locked' hint into the database so if they do it Postgres will be the next db supported

PS For the first time I compiled the code under .Net 4.5. I no longer have a machine with .Net 4.0 and can't easily do pure 4.0 build so please let me know if there are any problems
