After IISReset all the ready to retry records in Queue are moving to I

Hi All.

After doing IISReset we have seen that all the records which are ready to process for next retry are moved to "I" state. Can you please suggest the fix?

theres no fix - this is how it should work. If the message's retry_time is reached it is moved from 'R' to 'I' state so it can be processed again.
