Sponsorship Committee

The Sponsorship Committee needs to schedule a meeting ASAP in order
for us to get sponsorships. I know it is crazy but August/September
will be here before you know it and we have got to purchase this
trailer. The sponsorship committee is Brandy Maltsburger, Dee Wilson,
Rick Malone, and Robert Humphries. I thought maybe we could meet
after graduation on May 19th. We usually come back to the band room
to help unload so we could have it then if that is good with committee
members. Please let me know if this will work.

We have put this off for almost a year and now the time is here. I
have attached the draft letter for the sponsorships. Take a look at
it. I pretty much mirrored what Mrs. Gass gave me at the booster
meeting.
