This may well be a general problem and nothing specific to NGenerics.

(Running Windows 7)

I have unpacked the compiled documentation file and, of course I can
load it.

While the contents and search functions seem fine, the data display
shows only "Unable to display web page"

I'm guessing the help file has to be installed in some specific
location with a path that is 'standard' but I don't know where to find
that information.

I'd like to use the help file so I can figure out how to serialize/
deserialize a hashtable that is taking much to long to build and load
every time I start my program. (There are over 50K lines of input to
the Hashtables)

Many thanks for any assistance someone can offer.

Hi

The file might be blocked since it was downloaded from the internet zone - try right-clicking on it, and unblock it in the properties of the item.

For interest sake, what kind of data are you serializing/deserialzing?
