CALL FOR PROPOSAL
BIGIF requires Consultancy Services that will support capacity building on the project. BIGIF hereby invite both technical and financial proposals from reputable Consultancy organizations/Training Institutes/Individuals that wish to be considered for the assignment.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The scope of services for this consultancy includes the following:
i) Develop advocacy and lobby tool kits on capacity building for local organizations on gender equality and women rights
ii) Develop training manuals detailing course outline/modules with relevant instructional materials that will guide the implementation of the training, facilitate the training sessions and give a comprehensive report on the training and evaluation process for strategic recommendations and decision making.
REQUIREMENT
Interested Consultant/Organization/Institute must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the service (Organization brochure, Description of similar assignment, details of appropriate skills among staff). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualification. Firms/Institutes wishing to submit proposal are requested to forward their documents containing the following information:
i) Evidence of registration in Nigeria to provide services as solicited
ii) Comprehensive list of mix of technical Staff to be deployed
iii) Evidence of Technical experience/competence including proof of similar assignments implemented (verifiable track record in capacity building and work on gender and/or women’s rights is compulsory)
iv) Technical proposal detailing training modules, break-down of activities, timeline reporting and post training plans
v) Financial proposal. (financial proposal, stating how the firm wishes to be rewarded, should be submitted in a separate sealed envelope)
