Noted. The Hon secretary will send the request as outlined by your needs. It was agreed with all including R&A that all request be done by the national Union. Also since there are a number of clubs that have written we have to compile everything and send .

 

Please specifically indicate your requirements. The Union will copy you on the letter to R&A.

 

On the handicaps the secretary copied here is handling and hope we can circulate to all clubs by 1^ST June 2014.

Trust you are well and looking after all the golfing interest in the countryJ

I wrote a letter to R&A requesting for donations of green keeping equipment as we are going backwards in terms of finances and most of NGC machinery are very high maintenance.

Please send me a short paragraph/letter of support from ZGU as requested in point 8 of the attachment.

Any feedback regarding the handicap system in Zambia vs the rest of Africa/the world for that matter?

The Union President guided that we advise all the Golf Club to submit their requests as well so that we just write a Block Letter covering all the requests.

I have since circulated the Forms to all Clubs and given 28^th May as a Deadline for my receipt of the same.

I shall thereafter expedite the process.
