Gentlemen,


Kindly send me items that you feel should be icluded in the Annual
Report. From Brian, I need the number of members as at 30th April,
2014, broken down in the various classes of membership.

Actor, I need the number of permanent and casual staff as at 30th
April, 2014 broken down into various arears of operations.

President, kindly advise in terms of financial and material support
that the club has received from FQM over the last 12 moths. Secondly,
send me in terms of financial benefits per month or per year that the
club is going to get as a result of the mall and furnished appartments
that are going to be erected with the partnership between the Ndola
Golf Club and the developer. I am sure these details will be viatal
for our report.

Clavel, can you also send me a list of all the assets that we acquired
during the last 12 months.

Ian, advise if there is ant new course equipment that we acquired
whether donated or bought during the last 12 months.

Can I have this information latest by Tuesday by the end of business.

I am sure you have already done the computations, can you please send

I do not have the full figures for diesel as the note states that we only had donations of K2,750 which is the equivalent of 1.5 drums of diesel.

But a good estimate is that by adding estimated donations to the deficit we would have a total deficit for the year of K500,000 divided by 233 members would necessitate increasing green fees from K1,300 to K3,440 per player per year just to cover costs.

apart from normal spares required through wear and tear,

i. the club purchased two electric lawn mowers and a generator to power them
ii. the club purchased a new greens mower
iii. the club purchased a new trimmer
iv. a petrol mower was donated by Surtec
v. unity donated a greens mower and spare engine
vi the club purchased a complete tool set
vii. a set of solid tines was bought for use on the hollow tine unit for aeration of greens & tees.

The expected income for the club generated from the shopping mall and serviced apartments / hotel was as follows:

serviced apartments 3% of monthly net sales
retail centre 5% of net rent yr 1-3; 6% year 4-7; 7% of net rent after 7th year

royalties to club after construction is completed (6mths): mth 7-12 $5,250/mth;
year 2 $5,500/mth
year 8 $8,400/mth
note that these are projected, and will depend on rental rates at the mall and number of flats leased at the apartments.

the land will be leased to the developer for 35 years, after which the club will have the option to buy back the developments at 80% of assessed value, or renew the lease for another 35yrs.
