Good day, we have carried out a post balance sheet review and the results
show that there will be an impact on the financial statements:



1. Accruals were not made for the PAYE expense for April 2014 of ZMW
474. This is trivial and will not be adjusted

2. Accrual of NAPSA for April 2014 of ZMW 2,205. This is above trivial
error but not material

3. There are some penalties due to NAPSA amounting to ZMW 10,495.13 as
of June 2014. These are material to the financials



Based on the findings, on finalisation of financials, we shall include an
emphasis of matter pertaining to the cumulated penalties as per point 3
above in addition to what was included in the draft that was sent earlier.



We are yet to see the original title deeds to verify ownership of the
property. Evidence on this is relevant given eminent sale of part of the
property by the club.
