Fwd: Ndola Golf club schedules

Hi Team
Enclosed herewith is a draft/working copy of the financial statements. Kindly note that he has made changes to the executive and wanted a copy of tax transfer tax to ZRA. I told him that they haven't finished paying for the land so the tittle has not been transferred.

We need an urgent Executive meeting to scruitinise/cheek on the accounts before they can print a final draft which we can put on the board possibly by Saturday 7th May. The constitution says that we need to display the accounts 21 days before the AGM. am aware that Major Mutambo is away but Vice captain can Chair the meeting.
