When posting, replying or commenting n a particular topic, keep the e-mail subject the same, as this will thread discussions together. When posting a new topic, change the e-mail subject to reflect your discussion.

Community Conduct

This group represents our NG Badminton Association community. There are rules and acceptable conduct in this group and we reserve the right to moderate and / or to remove any content that we deem inappropriate.
Be kind, and treat others with dignity. Sharing frustration is ok. Sharing complaints is ok. Being rude, derogatory, sarcastic, and using strong language is not ok. Let discussions be constructive.

Group membership

This is a private group. This means that anybody can request to join the group, but only approved members will be able to post to the group and read the group messages.
Since we do not want any arbitrary person to have access to this forum's content, all member requests must be verified as being either the chair person or secretary of a NGBA affiliate club.

Joining the group

Registered club contact persons will be automatically added to the group each year following verification by the registrar.

Once you have been approved, you can send a message to the group by sending an email to NGBA-Club-Communications@googlegroups.com.

We trust this will be a tool that improves communication and builds up this community.
