Please be reminded that whenever you reply to a group mail, and this address appears in the recipient address:

EVERYBODY in the Province gets the mail. 

Kindly refrain from replying to this address, or any mail that is sent to the group unless you want the whole Province to see your response. Rather forward your mail, type in the recipient's name that you would like to respond to, and send the reply that way. It does not matter if you only hit "reply", or if you hit "reply to all", everybody still gets the reply.

This group was created for communication purposes, so that everybody gets the message at the same time. We don't want to see everyone's replies also.
