Hi Everyone,
Please find attached:
- Club registration forms – due 28 Feb 2017
- Players registration – due 3 March 2017
- With the players code of conduct (you can hand this in to me during the first 2 weeks of league)
- Club Players registration sheet – due by clubs before league commences (6 of March 2017)
Should you have any question or should you require any help or assistance with these forms, please give me a call and I will gladly assist.

If we register our club, is the individual membership necessary?
Also for the membership of the club, do you have the banking detauls where we can pay the club membership fee.
We are a group of seniors and have never participated in any leagues or tournaments. In future we could do so on an individual basis or may be a few members from the club could participate.

Hi Avinash.
The Club registration is necessary as well as the Individual registrations yes...the Team registration is not for your account until you register a LEAGUE team. Furthermore, a top – up will be required if a Social member becomes a League playing member as the League players pay more on their Individual registrations as you can see from the Fee Breakdown document.
