We crave your indulgence to look at the Charter. 

The only change is the age limit of 30 to 35, considering the status of the country and the un-enabling environment that has affected Educational Growth and Development. 

We believe that we can had more flesh, if the need arise and that the International Body will accept the change and our membership.
