Dear Mark Perlman,
Greetings and Salutations,
The family Nurturing Center of Massachusetts plans a family day every year for the last 15 years. This year we are planning a Family Restoration day at Dr. Loesch Family Park in Dorchester, Mass. The date is set for June 21st ,2025 and we are very excited about this event.
This will be the 1st year we present the Mark Perlman Father of the Year award. This will be awarded to an exceptional father who recently graduated from the 13-week Nurturing Fathers Program, shows dedication to his children and his own personal development and exhibits the characteristics to be the father he chooses.
This father would have taken the lessons from the program to heart, working diligently to apply concepts like the "little boy within," power over, empathy, and discipline with dignity. His focus is on using what he's learned to be the best dad he can be for his children.
I have the utmost confidence that this years recipient and future fathers who receive this award will grow and show they posess the tools to be a great nurturing father.
Blessing,
LaWaun Curry
