I hope you're all doing well!
I'm truly excited, honored, and grateful to be recognized as a Nurturing Father’s Trainer. I really value the opportunity to collaborate with other community partners—to share experiences, learn together, and grow through this process.
At your convenience, I’d love to connect and learn more about how the training process works so I can have a clearer picture of what to expect moving forward.
In the meantime, I’ve shared the news with my supervisor, and she’s equally thrilled. She’d like to include a brief story in our agency report, and I was wondering if you could kindly send me a couple of highlight lines or remarks that I could include as your input.

HI Mark,
I’d like to share these highlights of the Male Warriors Series:
This story highlights about the Nurturing Fathers Program.
On December 4 , 16 papas graduated from the Male Warriors Series . The series was made up of 10 sessions where the papas met every Wednesday for 2 hours to connect among themselves and share their strengths and challenges as papas. Among the topics discussed were the roots of fathering, the little boy within, fathering without violence or fear, discipline and fun, child development, teamwork between father and spouse and healing the father wound. This is an evidence-based curriculum, which means that we can measure the progress the papas had by the end of the program. Also for the first time and as part of our Fatherhood implementation plan, we have elected 3 papas as “ Male Warrior Ambassadors”. These papas will receive training and will assist in co-facilitating for future parenting series. One of our main goals is to shape nurturing fathers who engage more in the life of their children to be successful and ready for school .
Some of the testimonials of the papas by the end of the series and wife/partners on the day of the graduation :
“This is the first time in my life that I attend parenting classes. I enjoyed them very much”.
“These sessions were like free therapy; I enjoyed seeing other father’s perspectives”.
“ I’m practicing more as a team with my wife”
“ I’m trying to spend more time with my family”
A wife said: “ a couple of weeks ago, my husband surprised me , he helped me do the dishes, I told him “ what’s going on ?” he said : “ I see you are very busy, I want to help you” , I felt so happy, thanks MNC for supporting with this type of workshops”
Another wife said:” since my husband is attending the Male Warrior series, he is more patient with our child. Also I had some time for myself because the series offered childcare so, from 6 to 8pm I could have some relaxation time”.
We are preparing for the coming series for Couples , many couples had expressed their interest in participating.
At MNC we care for our families , we are shaping Nurturing fathers and successful families.
