Life Cycle Analysis (LCA)

One of the tenets of local food advocates is that local food production is better environmentally than the status quo. While on the surface this may be logical it needs to stand the test of examining the inputs that go into the food that is available to us both from local sources and beyond. This likely a very large project and could be broken down into sub-projects in a # of different ways.
