In my daily mails all my customers use that feature with their email client. Although our company bought commercial licenses for emc, I have to do this manually, looks somewhat like amateur league. That feature still seems to be missing for years now.

Hi,
I am also requesting this feature as all the people I work with (using MS Teams) are tagging. It would be great to be able to do the same.
As a very slow workaround, you can write someones name with the @in-front, EX: @Daniel, and then insert a mailto: link with their email address on their name.

I already posted the same thing about a year ago (see below) and wanted to ask if there are any solutions in HubSpot or third party solutions to the issue by now.

We use Office365 and Outlook for emails. We've also already connected our account to Hubspot so emails are coming in. However (as far as I know) there is no synchronization between HubSpot Conversations and Outlook. So when we answer an email in HubSpot, it's still unread in Outlook.
Since we receive at least 50 emails a day, we would also have to "clean" them up in Outlook.

I know that there is a HubSpot extension for Outlook, but we already use several workflows that automatically move the emails to subfolders. This advantage would been missing if we continue to work with Outlook.

So today I sat with an IT chap whom we have worked with for over 27 years and we couldnt get to the bottom of any of the suggested solutions, and there is no trigger event availble for "Trash/Delete"!

As the very basic of requirements, to keep both HubSpot and Outlook - Clean, Tiday and most of all to make the process efficient and unduplicated, even if one way, we would excpect as the real bare minium for such a high end CRM as HubSpot to have at least:-

I have found this similar idea already submitted: "Sync between Conversations Inbox and Outlook / email client".

I encourage you to upvote for the idea (this way it will have more chances to be implemented in the future), and follow the thread to receive the update status.

I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @danmoyle, @Josh and @StjepanGrcic do you have any tips to help @Alex94 please?

Thanks and have a great day!
Brangre

Thanks for thinking of us @BrangreL. Unfortunately I don't have any tips for you @Alex94. I haven't experienced this use case. I'd upvote the Idea for sure. And comment with your use case. I've upvoted it as well.

I have the same issue. I believe it must be an issue with the mail account rather than any client settings. I have tried different Mac clients, different iOS clients, different Windows clients (Outlook, Mail, Mailbird) with the same result.

I was a TalkTalk customer for a long time, and hence why I have a @talktalk.net email address. I am not a customer anymore. I remember some communication about charging for non-web mail access for non-TalkTak customers. Is this a thing and could it explain why I can no longer access my email via a desktop/mobile client ?

This fourth email address - why don't you have direct access to it? If it's a TalkTalk Mail address that's active on the TalkTalk Mail platform then you can sign in to it via webmail. If you don't know the password then use the Forgotten password journey or inspect Apple keychain or iCloud keychain for the current password.

Settings are good for both email accounts so long as the MacOS is 10.12 Sierra or newer. You will need to specify the email address in your Community profile, Private notes. The secure mail settings are good so I've requested that full access is restored for the email address mailbox in your Community profile Private notes.

TalkTalk Support will respond here and access returned within a couple of days after that. Until then use TalkTalk Mail webmail via an up to date Internet browser to keep in touch with email contacts.

If you saw the message from TalkTalk advising "Our records show that you are still accessing your email using unencrypted email settings, because of this you will no longer be able to receive or send emails via this email app or software" then the email address receiving that notification has been limited to webmail only access as a last resort action by TalkTalk to stop the use of insecure email.

You will be able to get email access restored to email apps or software including mail collection services, passwords will then re-authenticate, so long as you're ready to use up to date and secure email settings for all the ways you view emails. We can advise on device and software compatibility and provide customer setup guides. Just let us know each mail collection service, each device, its operating system and email software including version that are in current use.

For a definitive check of settings take screenshots of the incoming and outgoing server settings, image edit to obscure the first part of the email address and upload here using the Camera icon (desktop browser) or Picture icon (mobile browser) above this reply area.

When you confirm the secure settings are ready I can request TalkTalk Support to restore full access. TalkTalk Support will respond here and access will be restored usually within a couple of working days.

But before starting the conversion to import Thunderbird to Mailbird, you must have some knowledge about both email clients. So below we are mentioned Thunderbird and Mailbird. That is why Mailbird is good than Mozilla Thunderbird email clients.

Mailbird is an attractive email service for Windows with an easy installation and UI. It easily interacts with lots of popular shows, like calendars and task trackers. The application does miss several advanced capabilities, including such message filter settings and complete search. It was established in 2012, has 200,000 users globally, and is accessible as a buy or membership.

Thunderbird looks like an antique app. Mozilla, the company behind the Firefox browser, initially published it in 2004. This accessible application is intended to be practical rather than pretty. It looks great on Linux and Mac. Many issues have been fixed, and while it looks antiquated, it is packed with features. Thunderbird integrates well with other apps via plugins and standard protocols. The app has tabs chat, contacts, and calendar apps.

Here we are going to mention the quickest and hassle-free software to migrate from Thunderbird to Mailbird is the RecoveryTools batch Thunderbird data migrator tool. Yes, this software comes with the best and amazing features like bulk and selected conversion, dual options to upload the data, and other features. These kinds of capabilities and features are mentioned below:

Here we will show you steps to migrate from thunderbird to Mailbird. In step 1 we will export thunderbird data into Outlook PST file format and then in step 2, we will import that converted files into the Mailbird account.

As you can see above, we mentioned every possible detail on how to migrate from Thunderbird to Mailbird by using decent and sophisticated software. this software comes with amazing which are mentioned above. Also, this software offers a demo version for free, so download the software and see how does the software works. hope you like the article.

As an Operations Manager at a popular tech company working from Bali, Christin Baumgarten is living the life. A Berlin, Germany transplant, she joined Mailbird in 2014 as a Marketing intern and helped turn the company into one of the most widely-used email clients out there.

I did an internship and was then hired full-time at Mailbird. From there everything fell into place. I got the work permit and with that the stay permit for Bali. I met my now husband and we had our first daughter in 2020.

Mailbird is a remote-first company. That means Mailbird was founded with the intention of working and hiring team members remotely, as opposed to a remote-forced company. Everything in Mailbird is optimized to accommodate remote work.

Some time slots are allocated to meetings, of course. For example, I have weekly team meetings, as well as monthly operations-focused meetings. I introduced the latter last year. During these, the different team leads, and I try to identify and solve possible bottlenecks within their teams and/or projects.

Mailbird offers much more with the Personal plan if you want it including integration with a wide range of third-party apps and services such as WhatsApp, Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Discord, and more. If you go for the Business plan, you can also integrate others like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Trello, and more.

Yes, you can retract an email after sending it, but since Vivaldi.net doesn't offer such functionality, you can add your account to Mailbird, as it offers the feature no matter what. Mailbird is also worth checking out for a number of productivity-enhancing features, like the unified inbox for managing multiple accounts in one place, snoozing and scheduling messages, and email tracking, as well as around thirty integrations with popular tools.

Unsending an email in Vivaldi.net after an hour is not possible. What we can advise is scheduling your emails. Then, the period in which you can edit the message is framed by the scheduled time and date, not a 30-second window.

Because Windows 10 Mail hasn't been able to read HTML formatted emails for seven months, (and it looks like Microsoft isn't interested in creating/publishing a fix), I've been forced to find another email program.

I chose Mailbird. Although Mailbird is able to read the HTML formatted emails that Windows 10 Mail can't read, Mailbird is not able to reply or send emails. (It just hiccups, and throws those replies/sends into the Drafts folder). Over many weeks of daily two-way Mailbird support correspondence (read/replied on my Android phone), when their support has asked me to do all sorts of diagnostics for them, nothing has helped with this send/reply issue.
