Subject: Capital Clash SYC Help Needed

Hello Volunteers,

Well the big 3 day SYC fencing event is here. The Capital Clash is ON!!!  I know a number of you have already contacted me about helping. If you have not done so as yet please email me as SOON as you can to let me know I can count on you to help.  This as you may already know, is going to be the biggest non national office run fencing tournament in United States history.  We are going to need as much help as we can get.  Especially with registration, bout committee running, and general help as needed.

Help is going to be needed starting Thursday thru Sunday.  If you cannot help but know of any friends / club mates /  fellow fencing parents please forward this email to them.  If you are on board please respond back to me again to this email and give me the days and times you are available.

I am also able and willing  to give your children community service hours for assistance.
