Erro em dPag

Estou com o seguinte erro:
$schema = 'PL_009_V4'
Se preencher o dPag o resultado é:
Este XML não é válido. Element '{http://www.portalfiscal.inf.br/nfe}dPag': This element is not expected. Expected is ( {http://www.portalfiscal.inf.br/nfe}card ).

Se remover o dPag, ou preencher com null, o resultado é:
