Alguem saberia informar se esta havendo algum problema com o metodo NfeDistribuicaoDFe para buscar novas notas fiscais ?

Desde ontem estou percebendo instabilidade neste serviço, com mensagem de time-out.

Server was unable to process request. ---> Connection Timeout Expired.  The timeout period elapsed while attempting to consume the pre-login handshake acknowledgement.  This could be because the pre-login handshake failed or the server was unable to respond back in time.  The duration spent while attempting to connect to this server was - [Pre-Login] initialization=82; handshake=14981;  ---> The wait operation timed out

Num outro momento recebi um retorno de Service Unavailable.

Ontem a tarde até consegui obter retorno, mas hoje voltou a falta de retorno.
