Compilation problem in the latest version of mfoc

Hi Guys,

There is some kind of conflict with the asm definition in my computer. I have tried several times with different configurations and I cannot compile it because of it.

I have attached a patch that solves it and that should be compatible with everyone else according to: http://www.ibiblio.org/gferg/ldp/GCC-Inline-Assembly-HOWTO.html
