libnfc 1.7.1 released!

Hello NFC enthousiasts!

A new version of libnfc is now available. This version provides several bug
fixes and improvements as ChangeLog¹ show.

Most important improvement have been done around
nfc_initiator_target_is_present() function which now works with many different
tags and chips (Thanks to Philippe)

As google do not provide download capabilities anymore, we switched to
BinTray.
