libndef 1.2.0 released!

Hi all,

Thanks to Jiapeng Li, libndef¹ have been updated and I just release a new version² of that library.

Mainly provided with fixes, this version embedded some improvements too  like two cli tools to encode/decode NDEF messages.

Additionally, libndef can now be fully compiled (with tools) under Windows and is working Qt 5 (Qt 4 support still works).
Have a look to ChangeLog³ file to see important updates, or git commits⁴ for details

Migration to GitHub is totally done, including all remaining issues that Jiapeng fixed!
