pn532 - should i run activate as target in a loop every time or just once for configuration. phone responds once in many retries.

pn532 - should I init as a target in a loop every time or just once for configuration.

I run activate as a target quite frequently and it is not working well. 

I initiate snep with the phone.

the problem I have is the phone responds once in many retries. 

not sure why.
frequently the error is activate as a target failed.

but once is several retires it works well.
