A few birds from the Glovertown area

Yesterday's sightings:
I had a brief visit from 2 male Downy Woodpeckers and 1 female Hairy.
Also 1 male Purple Finch has been at the feeders for the last 3 days.
The 8 Bufflehead are still at Traytown with a fine selection of Common Mergansers & Greater Scaup. Saw just a couple of Common Goldeneye.
A Kingfisher at Cull's Harbour
3 female Red-breasted Mergansers at the Eastport Causeway.
At Salvage I counted + 25 Great Cormorants.
Everything is frozen over....didn't see open water (other than Traytown which never freezes!) until that outside the harbour at Salvage.
