Problems with nf.birds

Yesterday, Les pointed out that it was taking a bit of time for postings to appear. I too have experienced the same. Is there a problem that should some how be respectfully announced to the viewers of the site, or is it that there's noone posting? The latter question is hard to fathom, what with so much bird activity still out there.
