Anyone got some stories/gossip on Toni Marie from her MUN days or whenever.
She even looked good as a clown today. That's saying something.

There is a lot of gossip about how much she used
to get dragged off....but hey...didn't we all back in the good
old MUN days!

She's actually pretty nice. I knew her a little bit from Gander

I gotta say....nf.general is not a place to gossip, I think its very
inconsiderate to try to dig up imaginary dirt about someone, public figure
or not. How would you like it if you got on nf.general one day and say
statements about you that were shocking or insulting.

Do you work for a NF tabloid or something...think of a real topic to talk

Says who? The internet is the birthplace of modern gossip.

Here's a juicy tip... I heard that "Brad" is actualy Toni Marie in
disguise...

Why?? Yea, minding your business is becoming increasingly difficult these
days, why not try to dig up dirt / gossip on a local girl? WOw, she's on a
local channel, this doesn't really make her open season in my books. Would
it be condoned if you came here and were asking for gossip / stories on a
"regular" local girl, without knowing them personally, and having only seen
them in pictures or from afar? Come on, are you really that sad and
pathetic?

I disagree Megan.
I think a persons private life should be just that... their private
life. You are saying that because she is on TV that it is suddenly
everyone's business what she does behind closed doors... that's ridicules!
If I worked in an office building, would it be the business of my co-workers
what I did when I went home? After all they see me 5 days a week for about
7 hours! I don't think so. I will say it's not exactly public, but it is
quite "public" for that time and place. I don't Know Toni Marie personally
but I do think she does a good job...for NTV that is... and that is all that
should matter. If she had indiscretions in her past, let it go... I mean
didn't we all really??

She is on TV to deliver the news, not to give us great insight into her
past, present and future social life. It's nobody's business but her own,
and those she personally chooses to tell. WOuld you rather that the news
was justa digital billboard that scrolls accross your screen for an hour a
night, because then nobody would be "in the public eye"? Come on, she does
her job, should be dropped it at that. Leave the rumor mongering and
obsession with her stories and antics to the perverts who want to know
because she is on tv and attractive. Those of us with lives, and thing to
accomplish in life usually don't spend this much time caring about strangers
pasts and personal life, for the point of digging up dirt or "juicey
tidbits", sorry to dissappoint.

Pathetic is pushing it or that's what it looks like you tried to write.
Next
time check your e-mail before you shoot one out. That's the problem with
newsgroups, people just don't think before they type. At least you spelt
chronic right.

Toni Marie is great on the news, but what about Sharon Snow. Uh oh I think
I
opened another can of worms. Maybe someone will tell Toni Marie and Sharon
about our discussion and drop us a note.

I'm dreadfully sorry for my typo's, I'm sure they were so bad my message was
unreadable, causing you to add a grammer / spelling post to the discussion.
Oh yes, in your post, there should be a comma after "Uh oh", and the
alignment third last line is incorrect. God, people these days. Double
check what you write before you send it off to a newsgroup, think before you
type. Oops, I sound like you now, don't I?

If you want to try to correct grammer (god knows why you would for typo's?),
email me, don't move this thread even more off topic.

What a crock. So, if I follow your logic, If I become a police

What she does in her private life is her business, not yours.

Jeezus has it ever generated a lot of converstation, and who really cares what
Ms. Wisman does or has done in her past. It's really none of anyone's business.
Whether she was a "miss priss" or a some other 4 letter degrading word placed
upon women it really is of no concern to anyone on this newsgroup. People
should do what makes them happy. Whether that be getting drunk every weekend or
sittin home as lonely as can be. If it's what turns your crank 'MORE POWER TO
YOU!'. Might I ask this - "what on earth would you do with such information
about Ms. Wisemans past or present?". It will not lead to wealth im sure, nor
raise you on the social pedestal. My guess your comments regarding it will make
you look like the pathetic ass that you really are. Just let it die and enjoy
life the way you want and let others do the same. Who are you to judge anyhow?
If she's not hariming you then you should have nothing to say about her
whatsoever. I do things the way I want and I'm sure thats what Ms. Wiseman and
most mature individuals do. I takes a hell of a lot more 'balls" to do what she
is doing than it does to rant, rave and giggle like school girls about her on
some newsgroup. I guess people feel high and mighty by degrading others,
especially someone who is more succesful than themselves.

You people who are all hot and horney to know about her past have really got
too much time on your hands. Should probably take up masturbation to break up
the monoteny in your lives.

To set the record completely straight I don't know Toni Marie Wiseman at all,
nor do I really care to know the details of the fun she had growing up. She's
alive, healthy (to my knowledge) and is quite successful. That surely is a
reason to gossip about her now isn't it. Yes?

"I'm some glad I'm not the dead beat gossipers in this group, I can only
imagine what pathetic lives THEY live"

I enjoy looking at both Toni-Marie Wiseman and Sharon Snow. I think Sharon
Snow has become as '"tops" in my book, a position held by Toni Marie for
some time. As my girlfriend and other females have said to me, they feel
like Sharon Snow is "genuine". Not that it makes any difference, but I hear
her husband is a Major or something in the Salvation Army (I'm not a
religous man by any means, but I highly respect the work that the SA does).

At first I wasn't too fond of Sharon, but after seeing her fantastic
appearance on the Janeway Telethon today, I'm very impressed with her
on-camera finesse, cheery personality, and good looks (she looks great with
her hair up). I wish her and TMW the best of luck and would suggest that
they get away from NTV a.s.a.p. (I'll save my rant on why I don't like NTV
for now...)

Sharon was excellent on CBC today as was Larry Jay and the CKIX guy.

Best of luck girls,

WELL I DO. Know her personally that is, and it's no different than your
sister or your mother. she means something to those close to her. She's a
sweetheart, a great lady, very kind and intelligent and not at all vain or
priss. As for moral character, you'd search pretty far and wide to find
more in someone. Believe me, I know.

I can't believe the stuff that comes up around here.

Sad that NTV is the only hour news show after CBC cutbacks. CBC is
much better news and production wise but half an hour. Not enough.
They don't have Toni or Sharon though. Tonight Karl is reading the
news, now he and the NTV girls couldn't be further apart.

Here in Ontario I can see the late news at 11:30 with Toni. Does
anyone in Newfoundland ever see the show at 1am. Even Toni's fans
can't stay up everynight to watch her. That's what VCR's are for.

And after midnight is when the great weird stuff happens. Now that's
a discussion waiting to happen. What's the strangest stuff you've
