Anybody else have problems with the service at Leon's, My story is way to
long to get into in it's entirity, but in the past 16 months, I have had a
working couch for 2 months, never get calls back, my couch broke after
christmas, it was like 3 1/2 months of constant calling to get them to come
and get my couch, 4 months my couch broke again called Leons, 2 months later
a guy showed up land said he had to order a part for my couch 2 weeks tops,
2 months later still nothing, I would not recommend buying there to anyone.

I've had good experience buying from Leon's. But I haven't had to use a
warranty yet.

I have also had a bad experience with Leons. My couch is only 3 years old.
It looks much older. Is not holding up well at all. I wrote the manufacturer
also. They weren't willing to do anything. Said they had no other complaints
with this type of couch. Leons did restuff the cushions for me though. Then
I had to redo the top ones myself. Way too much maintenance on this couch
for me. I am very disappointed with my purchase. I won't buy there again
either.
