I have some beautiful white rose bushes and I want to plant some more in
other spots this spring. What's the easiest way? I've never done
cuttings or anything.

In early spring i have taken a cutting and just stuck it in the ground and it has rooted.
Just be sure to put a section with a leaf bud under the surface and water for awhile.
