What's the following computer hardware worth?

I'm thinking about selling the following:
Asus P5Q-Pro motherboard, with Intel Q6600 quad-core CPU (95W version)
successfully running at 3GHz (stock speed is 2.4Ghz), 8GB RAM (4x2GB
configuration). Setup is fully supported in 64-bit Linux, and of course
64-bit Windows Vista/7. Also comes with whatever cables, screws, etc one
may need.
What do you think this is worth? Thanks in advance for any advice.
