A bit hazy in brisk southwest wind but sunny, warm and no fog in Argentia today with the bros. Could see Red Island and Fox Island but only gulls flying.
- Counted 110 semipalmated plover crouching on the tarmac and in the weeds, so likely many more
- Just one lone whimbrel calling in brief flights, pitching here and there
- 1 sanderling
- 1 semipalmated sandpiper
- 7 black-bellied plover
- 55 double-crested cormorant on the abandoned pier and another 30 resting on an islet in Northeast, seen from Harbour Drive in Dunville
- nothing on or near the pond
