Saw it this morning in flight. It flew low across the entrance to the main parking lot from above the parking lot towards the coast. It landed at the edge of the cliffs just down from the entrance to the parking lot and flew back and forth a couple of times. Saw it in flight so saw the white rump. bownish above , whitish below.
It may be spending time above the parking lot away from the coast, that is where it flew from. last I saw it was flying along the coast below the entrance to the parking lot.
