We went to open our cabin near whitbourne this morning:
At the cabin had a fox sparrow singing, a loon calling and a grouse drumming.
Bellevue Beach:
two bald eagles, two osprey both carrying nesting material, fox sparrow and a black capped chickadee
Come by Chance:
seven bald eagles-4 immature and 3 adults
2 osprey, one carrying nesting material
2 greater yellowlegs
Arnolds Cove Bird Sanctuary:
there were 140 red breasted mergansers in the sanctuary, the males were courting the females and in groups of two and three to each female they were doing a lovely display and mating dance
