This bird was seen at first light this morn'n eating suet. This bird works the water line at minus 10 and much colder windchills,is an amazing little warbler but not near as fast as the Kinglets at The Brook.Finger's crossed Winter will be mild, just like yesterday evening 20 centimeter's turned to less then 4.No Starlings, not 1 at The Legion,I will not be spreading suet on tree's and about, best keep the food in The Hedge because when The Starlings go mad,too much food leads to utter madness. All feeder's are full Tks to H.J and C.M,and a kind lady I only know first name V. as the seed provider and suet which The Lincoln and other birds Love.Gerard

At The Brook thru-out the day and with A.H and C.F help I seen both male and female Hairy woodpecker's along with a male Downy, two Kinglet's,One Flicker, many Junco's,White-winged Crossbill's,Blue-jay's,the regular American Green winged Teal and The Eurasians. Then we had The Parula working The Brook line, then he went under a tree and we watched him take a break for approximately 5 minutes. At The Legion I seen The Chat and a lady photographed The Cape May,Starlings still about but not so bad,as stated I will make sure there is a morn'n,afternoon and dusk patrol to ensure they east on cold days.Gerard
