We all know primo's been a bad brawler for a long time, and the only buff that made him meta ONCE was the supercharge trait added to tanks, wich was obviously nerfed. It is a fact that his super is really strong, and any kind of buff to it would be unbalanced. The main issue with El primo is his main attack: short, easy to miss, low damage, and the worst barrage-type attack. What would YOU do to buff him? I'd like to hear your ideas.
