Here is my Dungeon Master script for running Durst Manor (aka Death House) with sound, scenery, and handout cues. This is a compilation of the original source material, u/MandyMod, u/DragnaCarta, other bits and pieces fleshed out by me. I figured it might prove to be a good jumpstart for other DMs out there interested in running Durst Manor.

There is a $5.50 charge per electronic transcript and a $7.75 charge per paper transcript (all fees are paid directly to National Student Loan Clearinghouse). Additional fees are required for express mail service. Details including payment options are on the Clearinghouse transcript ordering website.
Current students should request official transcripts via the transcript request link in the Agora Portal. Alumni requesting official transcripts should log into the National Student Clearinghouse transcript ordering site to submit a request. Unofficial transcripts are only available as hard-copy documents. They may only be requested and picked up in person by the record-holder with a valid BC or government ID in the Office of Student Services. Unofficial transcripts cannot be sent by Boston College electronically to the record-holder or any third-party. Please contact the Office Student Services with any additional questions.
Students must know their Eagle ID number when requesting transcripts via NSCH. If you do not know your Eagle ID number please contact the Office of Student Services at 617-552-3300 or 800-294-0294 for assistance prior to logging into the NSCH site to make your request.
Transcript requests will not be honored for any student with an outstanding financial obligation to the University. The same policy applies to any student who does not complete the required loan exit interview.
In addition to Eagle ID number, a student's social security number (SSN) is required as a secondary security measure when requesting transcripts via the NSCH. For international students without SSNs, the Office of Student Services recommends using 999-99-9999 in the SSN field. This is a completely valid option for international students without SSNs looking to proceed with the request of a transcript.
Some foreign governments and agencies require that diplomas, transcripts, or enrollment verifications be certified with an apostille. An apostille is a document issued by the Massachusetts' Secretary of the Commonwealth that verifies the authenticity of the signature on the document; the capacity in which the person signing the document acted; and the identity of any stamp or seal affixed to the document. The apostille is a specific form of authentication for countries that participate in the Hague Convention of 1961. The Secretary of the Commonwealth's office is the only agency in Massachusetts that is authorized to issue an apostille or certification for a notarized document going to a foreign country. Massachusetts does not certify out-of-state documents. They must be certified by the state of origin. Additional information can be found at
We learned a lot as first time filmmakers, like A LOT, and thus we wanted to share the top five things we wish we knew prior to making our first feature film. We've taken Moon Manor from a nugget of an idea to a script, casting, fundraising, production, editing, post during a global pandemic, and now we have a distribution deal and are crowdfunding to pay for deliverables. This process is about learning and failing upwards, and if you hit these same walls on your filmmaking journey, know you're in good company.
The premise is promising: a weed-smoking slacker gets a job as a costumed tour guide in a historic Savannah mansion and learns something about decorum, history, and responsibility from the ghost of the home's 19th century resident. Having recently re-watched the delightful original version of "The Canterville Ghost," I was prepared for something smart, funny, and possibly heart-warming. Instead, "Lady of the Manor" kills any entertainment value in the movie with three critical failures. First, the film assumes that its characters are much more appealing than they really are, and much of the storyline is based on the idea that the audience will be committed to their success. Second, the screenplay assumes that sex offender registries, secondary sexual characteristics, and scatological distress are inherently funny, not realizing that for anyone over the age of 10, an actual joke is required. In fairness, there is one actual joke in this category, and it is about naming an impressively varied and extensive collection of vibrators after 1980s figures like Judd Nelson and Tom Selleck. The Selleck one has a little moustache! Ha! Third, unforgivably, the movie has a condescending white savior theme, while the characters of color exist only to be saintly and/or be farted at. Oh, and the script includes the r-word, too!
I use the input prompt type to request for the Title of the blog post alongwith Slug and Description. For the Slug field, I grab the value entered in fortitle and run it through slugify to provide the default value for thatfield. The user can change the value if they want, or take the default option.
Once the information from the user has been gathered, I wanted to make sure thatI wasn't going to overwrite an existing blog post at the same location, so thatis the first thing I do. If I find a post with the same slug, then I abort thescript and let the user know.
Because the scripts were fraudulently obtained, many beneficiaries rejected the items they were sent by the Medicare Providers, many doctors threatened to report PATEL for fraud, and Medicare frequently refused to pay for the scripts.
The Medicare Providers made payments to PATEL for the scripts in violation of the Anti-Kickback Statue. PATEL and the Medicare Providers entered into sham contracts for generic marketing services at flat rates in an attempt to conceal their illegal kickback scheme.

Costumes and props are all adequate for the production, though I did find myself questioning what decade and location the action was supposed to be occurring in. As the characters are all quirky and contemporary fashion is currently swerving into the trends of my youth, it took me some time to determine that the action was set in the rural southern United States of the 1980s. The lighting and sound are particularly impressive for the small and tricky space. The choice to raise the stage up above the audience seems a good one, especially for a script that has actors fainting and being knocked out over and over. There is some tricky business of an onstage secret passage that is mostly carried out well but might get sharper as the production progresses.
I will always admire true community theatre. It is no easy feat to gather busy adults who live with the daily pressures of family and work and to induce them to memorize lines, work out blocking, and build sets. Sugar Factory Playhouse is a true community theatre and thus is deserving of admiration. I was pleased to see a strong crowd of loving friends and family in attendance at opening night, and I hope that these dedicated creators will continue to be applauded for their efforts. However, I would encourage the actors to keep pushing themselves to discover their next level of clarity and focus, and I hope that going forward the producers choose stronger scripts on which to build their foundations.
