How to file a bug report

We are happy to support you we just need specific information to go after the problem you encountered. 

1. Describe what happened vs what was expected to happen.

2. Indicate OS version and Browser version. For example: WindowsXP SP3, Firefox 3.6
3. Provide as much information as possible such as email address associated with your account, Table name, exact time when incident occurred including time zone. When identifying specific hand let us know your hole cards or cards on the board.
4. If bug occurred while you were seated at a poker table then press Ctrl-Shift-S. A small window will pop up with some internal information. Copy window's content and paste it into your report.
