Called LG support (per the Google Store help page) and got the same thing as everyone else. The phone is past the 1 year warranty, so it will cost to get it repaired. Currently deciding what to do. I was hoping that since I bought it through the Google Store, I would at least get some credit or something since I'm being forced to buy another phone. Oh well.
