"A small number of users -Google"?

Google said a small number of users is experiencing this bootloop issue.

When I reached out to Google Support, they insisted that Nexus 5X supports Nougat, and not all devices have this bootloop issue.

I wonder what exactly is "a small number of users". Did they count the silent victims who did not bother reaching out and also those potential devices who can become bricks anytime.

I'm definitely one, I've been running 7.1.1 for about a week, the other day it froze and rebooted, seemed fine for a while, then went into boot loop, now I can't even get the bootloader to load.

I bought from eGlobal, grey import into UK, LG won't honour guarantee and eGlobal won't answer emails.
